The Hickory Hollow is a family-run business that has been serving quality food for 35 years. We serve up traditional style barbecue with the tomato-based sauce but specialize in Eastern N.C.-style barbecue that is hickory-smoked and marinated in sweet vinegar and seasonings. Our menu is extensive and includes hickory-smoked pork spare ribs, barbecue chicken, char-grilled prime rib and baby backs that our customers are going nuts over.
